Both our concrete patio and driveway had serious unevenness over time, causing tripping hazards and were not aesthetically pleasing. Four other companies outright refused to tackle the job, citing its complexity as the major issue. However Dry-Rite approached it with confidence and professionalism.
From the initial assessment to the final touches, every step of the process was handled with the utmost care and expertise.

After having water seeping into my mother's basement we called the company that came up first on my google search:
Paul's Basement & Waterproofing and the quote was outrageous, so we called the next company being Dry- Rite.
So glad we did, Gary and his team are awesome and he saved  my mom $14,000.
They removed 40yrs+ of "stuff" from my mother's basement, dug a trench along the perimeter of the basement (indoors) placed the weeping tile and cemented over it, and placed a barrier on the walls.
They installed a sump pump with a back valve, and completed the job in 3 days.
Gary also advised us of the subsidy program available through the City of Windsor for installing the sump pump, and mom will be getting $2800 back, which Paul did not even mention about the rebate /subsidy program.
I highly recommended Dry- Rite,  call Gary for a quote and get the job done right, and save yourself or someone you know some $$$. His crew was kind, and efficient.
