After having water seeping into my mother's basement we called the company that came up first on my google search: Paul's Basement & Waterproofing and the quote was outrageous, so we called the next company being Dry- Rite. So glad we did, Gary and his team are awesome and he saved my mom $14,000. They removed 40yrs+ of "stuff" from my mother's basement, dug a trench along the perimeter of the basement (indoors) placed the weeping tile and cemented over it, and placed a barrier on the walls. They installed a sump pump with a back valve, and completed the job in 3 days. Gary also advised us of the subsidy program available through the City of Windsor for installing the sump pump, and mom will be getting $2800 back, which Paul did not even mention about the rebate /subsidy program.
